- Proper handling of all projects. The correct answers to all questions and concerns of the client.
- Quickly and in function of the needs and requirements of the customer handling errors and other problems ( first seek solutions, then discuss compensation and not dawdle about who's made a mistake ) .
- Providing correct information.
